Criteria
BAG coaches share a commitment to measurable impact, structured methodology, and deep respect for the Indian work context.
You hold recognized coaching certifications (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of active coaching experience.
You track client progress, use structured frameworks, and measure results — not just facilitate conversations.
You understand the cultural, hierarchical, and performance pressures unique to Indian workplaces.
You're comfortable working within a structured methodology and contributing to a collective practice.
