Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective April 1, 2026. Applies to all bookings, services, subscriptions, and payments made through the Platform.

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all bookings, services, subscriptions, and payments made through www.benessereag.com (“Platform”), operated by Benessere Audit Group (“Company”).

By accessing the Platform and completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. General Policy

● All payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Policy

● Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

● Refund processing timelines: 5–10 business days, subject to payment provider timelines

● The Company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on this Policy

3. Cancellation by User (Client)

3.1 Session-Based Services

Users may cancel a booked session as follows:

● More than 24 hours before the session: 100% refund

● Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund

3.2 No-Show Policy

If a user fails to attend a scheduled session:

● The session shall be deemed completed

● No refund or rescheduling will be provided

4. Cancellation by Coach / Service Provider

If a coach or service provider cancels a confirmed session:

● The user shall be entitled to:

○ A full refund, OR

○ An option to reschedule the session, subject to availability

The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action against the service provider in such cases.

5. Rescheduling Policy

● Users may reschedule a session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time

● Rescheduling is subject to availability of the coach/service provider

● No additional charges shall apply for valid rescheduling requests

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

● There was a technical failure attributable to the Platform

● The coach/service provider failed to attend the session

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be provided in the following cases:

● Change of mind after service commencement

● Failure to attend a session (no-show)

● Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior)

● Fully completed sessions

● Any misuse or violation of platform policies

8. Subscription Policy (If Applicable)

● Subscription fees (if any) are:

○ Non-refundable

○ Non-transferable

● Subscription benefits 5% are valid only during the active subscription period

9. Corporate / Bulk Bookings (B2B)

● Fees for corporate or bulk services are non-refundable, due to resource allocation and operational commitments

10. Payment Gateway Charges

● Any payment gateway or transaction fees incurred during payment processing may be non-refundable, unless required otherwise by law

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

● In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the Company reserves the right to:

○ Submit transaction records, session logs, and communication history as evidence

○ Suspend or restrict user accounts in case of fraudulent or abusive disputes

12. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions):

● Sessions may be rescheduled, OR

● Refunds or credits may be issued at the Company’s discretion

13. Grievance Redressal

In compliance with applicable law, users may raise complaints or refund requests through:

● Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours

● Resolution will be provided within 30 days, in accordance with applicable regulations

14. Policy Transparency

This Policy is made available on the Platform prior to payment, ensuring transparency and compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations, which require clear disclosure of refund and cancellation terms.

16. Changes to Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
